CD199 is a member of the G protein coupled receptor family and is expressed by different stages of thymocytes. CD199 has effects on T cell development in the thymus and on the gut-associated immune response, as well as directing the trafficking of developing T cells in the thymus.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
