Human PBMCs were stained with either Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD199 primary antibody (#136-00082, blue histogram), or mouse IgG isotype control (gray histogram), followed by AF 647 anti-mouse IgG/IgM secondary antibody.
Description
CD199 is a member of the G protein coupled receptor family and is expressed by different stages of thymocytes. CD199 has effects on T cell development in the thymus and on the gut-associated immune response, as well as directing the trafficking of developing T cells in the thymus.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
