Description
CD57 is an oligosaccharide antigenic determinant which is expressed on various proteins, lipids, and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans. While its function is largely unknown, it is thought that CD57 may have some involvement in cell-matrix interactions. CD57 tends to be increased in some diseases where CD4/CD8 are imbalanced.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
