Description
Granulocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factor is a hematopoietic factor that is produced by many different lymphocytes including activated T cells, B cells, mast cells, macrophages, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. GM-CSF supports colony growth of granulocyte and macrophage progenitors as well as encouraging growth for erythroid, megakaryocyte, and eosinophil progenitors.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use 5 µl per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer.
Storage / Stability
Store at 4°C if intended for use within one month. Otherwise, store at -20°C to -80°C.
