Description
IFNƴ is multifunctional cytokine mostly produced by NK cells and T cells. IFNƴ has anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory effects as well as anti-viral activities. It induces the anti-microbial and anti-tumour responses of macrophages, NK cells and neutrophils.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
