Description
IL-8, also known as CXCL8 is a part of the CXC subfamily of cytokines. IL-8 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation in response to proinflammatory stimuli.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
