Description
MHC class I molecules are expressed on the cell surface of all nucleated cells in humans. This antibody recognizes human HLA-A, B, C. MHC class I consists of three α units (α1, α2, and α3) and one β unit (β2 microglobulin). These units interact with a CD8 T cell receptor complex and present non-self antigenic peptide which triggers an immediate response from the immune system against a particular non-self antigen. Human MHC class I play an important role in cell-mediated immune responses and tumor surveillance.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
