Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using KLRC1(107-10772) antibody at 1:200 dilution.
KLRC1 antibody [N1N2], N-term detects KLRC1 protein at cytosol on H1299 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
