Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A431, using Liprin alpha 1(107-11153) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

Liprin alpha 1 antibody [N1N2], N-term detects PPFIA1 protein by Western blot analysis.
