Introduction

CSF1 is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of macrophages. The active form of the protein is found extracellularly as a disulfide-linked homodimer, and is thought to be produced by proteolytic cleavage of membrane-bound precursors. This protein may be involved in development of the placenta.

	Western blot analysis of lysate from human placenta tissue lysate, using M-CSF Antibody (Center)(Cat# 102-16923). 102-16923 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug per lane.
	M-CSF Antibody (Center) (Cat# 102-16923) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
	Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of M-CSF Antibody (Center)(Cat# 102-16923) with MDA-MB231 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
	M-CSF Antibody (Center) (102-16923)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of M-CSF Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
