Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:100-1:1000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)]. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Malectin antibody detects KIAA0152 protein at cytosol on Colon Carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded Colon Carcinoma.
Malectin antibody (107-10309) dilution: 1:500.
