CD24, also known as Heat Stable Antigen (HAS) is a sialoglycoprotein expressed on erythrocytes, granulocytes, neurons, lymphocytes, and monocytes. Levels of CD24 expression vary during T and B cell differenciation. CD25 is a costimulatory molecule and a ligand of CD62P involved in activation of CD4+ T cells by B cells

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
