Description
CD45RA is a 200-220 kD isoform of CD45, a member of the Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase family. Majority of CD45RA is expressed on B cells, but a small amout can also be found on certain subsets of T cells and thymocytes. The isoforms of CD45 play essential roles in signal transduction of T and B cell antigen receptors.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
