Description

CD45RB is a splice variant of CD45, which expresses the exon B. It is a 220 kDa glycoprotein expressed on thymocytes, naïve T cell subsets, B cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, and dendritic cells. CD45RB plays a critical role in TCR and BCR signaling. As T cells become activated and progress from naïve to memory cells, CD45RB expression is downregulated, so CD45RB is often used as a naïve T cell marker.

Recommended Usage

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.

Storage / Stability

Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
