Description
CD9, a 24 kDa surface glycoprotein of the transmembrane 4 superfamily (tretraspanin family). In the mouse, CD9 is expressed in a large variety of cells, including bone marrow myeloid cells, muscle cells, stromal cells, and subsets of peripheral T and B lymphocytes. CD9 can have various functions while interacting with molecules associated with different types of cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
