Anti-Mouse FcgRII (CD32) Antibody, Purified

CD16 is a low-affinity IgG Fc receptor III (FcR III), and CD32 is the high-affinity IgG Fc receptor FcR II. CD16/CD32 are expressed on natural killer cells, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, Kupffer cells, granulocytes, mast cells, B lymphocytes, some bone marrow progenitor cells, immature thymocytes, and some activated mature T lymphocytes. The Fc receptors bind antibody-antigen immune complexes and mediate adaptive immune responses. It also mediates antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). This antibody binds specifically to the extracellular domains of the mouse FcγIII and FcγII receptors. It also blocks non-antigen-specific binding of immunoglobulins to the FcγIII and FcγII, and possibly FcγI (CD64), receptors in vitro and in vivo.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.

Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
