Description
Gamma delta TCR is made up of one gamma chain and one delta chain, in contrast to most T-cell receptors which are composed of alpha and beta chains. In mice, gamma delta TCR expressing cells are found in the the epidermis, epithelium, thymus, and peripheral lymphoid organs.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
