Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using MRPS5(107-10414) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

MRPS5 antibody detects MRPS5 protein at cytosol on AGS xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded AGS xenograft.
MRPS5 antibody (107-10414) dilution: 1:500.
