Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

NEGR1 antibody detects NEGR1 protein at cytosol on mouse muscle by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse muscle.
NEGR1 antibody (107-10084) dilution: 1:500.
