Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
NHERF-2 antibody detects NHERF-2 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 µg) was separated by 10 % SDS-PAGE, and blotted with NHERF-2 antibody (107-10261) diluted by 1:1000
