Description

Introduction

NR1H3 form a subfamily of the nuclear receptor superfamily and are key regulators of macrophage function, controlling transcriptional programs involved in lipid homeostasis and inflammation. The inducible LXRA is highly expressed in liver, adrenal gland, intestine, adipose tissue, macrophages, lung, and kidney, whereas LXRB is ubiquitously expressed. Ligand-activated LXRs form obligate heterodimers with retinoid X receptors (RXRs; see MIM 180245) and regulate expression of target genes containing LXR response elements.

	Fluorescent image of U251 cell stained with NR1H3 Antibody (Center)(Cat# 102-18455).U251 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with NR1H3 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37^°). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor^® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37^°).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor^® 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37^°).NR1H3 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly.
	Western blot analysis of NR1H3 Antibody (Center) (Cat# 102-18455) in MCF-7 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). NR1H3 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
