Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

OFD1 antibody detects OFD1 protein at cytosol on gastric carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded gastric carcinoma.
OFD1 antibody (107-10889) dilution: 1:500.
