Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

PACAP antibody [N1C3] detects PACAP protein at cytosol on normal colon mucosa with lymphocyte by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded normal colon mucosa with lymphocyte.
PACAP antibody [N1C3] (107-10646) dilution: 1:500.
