Introduction

Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) phosphorylate the 3-prime OH position of the inositol ring of inositol lipids. See MIM 602838. The class I PI3Ks display a broad phosphoinositide lipid substrate specificity and include p110-alpha , p110-beta, and p110-gamma. p110-alpha and p110-beta interact with SH2/SH3-domain-containing p85 adaptor proteins and with GTP-bound Ras.

	Fluorescent image of Hela cell stained with PI3KCD Antibody (N-term)(Cat# 102-17761).Hela cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with PI3KCD primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37^°). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor^® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37^°).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor^® 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37^°).PI3KCD immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm significantly.
	Western blot analysis of anti-PI3KCD Antibody (N-term) Pab (102-17761) in 293 cell line lysates. PI3KCD Antibody (N-term)(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
	Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma reacted with PI3KCD Antibody (N-term)(Cat# 102-17761), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
