Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed A431, using PPFIBP2(107-11018) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

PPFIBP2 antibody detects PPFIBP2 protein at on SkHep1 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded SkHep1 xenograft.
