Description

Introduction

Apolipoprotein H has been implicated in a variety of physiologic pathways including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the production of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. APOH may be a required cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by the antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of many patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, but it does not seem to be required for the reactivity of antiphospholipid autoantibodies associated with infections.

	Western blot analysis of lysates from HepG2 cell line and mouse liver tissue lysate(from left to right), using PROX-1 Antibody (S514) (Cat# 102-14699). 102-14699 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
	PROX-1-S514 Antibody (Cat# 102-14699) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PROX-1-S514 Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
	PROX-1-S514 Antibody (Cat# 102-14699) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
