Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

PSMB8 antibody [N2C3] detects PSMB8 protein at cytosol and nucleus on mouse liver by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse liver.
PSMB8 antibody [N2C3] (107-11075) dilution: 1:250.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed A431, using PSMB8(107-11075) antibody at 1:200 dilution.
