Description

Introduction

QDPR is the enzyme dihydropteridine reductase, which catalyzes the NADH-mediated reduction of quinonoid dihydrobiopterin. This enzyme is an essential component of the pterin-dependent aromatic amino acid hydroxylating systems.

Western blot analysis of QDPR Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-18051) in mouse liver tissue lysates (35ug/lane). QDPR (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with QDPR Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot analysis of QDPR (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal QDPR Antibody (C-term) (Cat# 102-18051). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the QDPR gene.
