Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using SAMHD1(107-10403) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
SAMHD1 antibody [N2C2], Internal detects SAMHD1 protein at nucleus on SkHep1 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded SkHep1 xenograft.
