Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

TBRG4 antibody detects TBRG4 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: TBRG4 protein stained by TBRG4 antibody (107-10681) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded SW480 xenograft, using TBRG4(107-10681) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
