Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

VPS37C antibody [N1], N-term detects VPS37C protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Raji cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: VPS37C protein stained by VPS37C antibody [N1], N-term (107-10100) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 ?m.
