Sample: media collected from cells of central nervous system This kit works very nice. I have reproducible data using the kit. The background is almost nothing. The standard curves were very nice too. Strongly recommend!

Protocol was straightforward. I would recommend to the company to use a better naming system for the reagents (each item having 2 names, both letters, was a bit confusing).

I used this kit to test the protein levels in conditioned media. I used 10% media diluted in the included buffer. The protocol is easy to follow and results were accurate with what we've seen in other assays. The only problem that I had was that it's difficult to do the washes because of the 8-well strips. I used the whole plate at once, but was unable to shake the liquid out of the plate because the strips would fall off when I did this.
