Human Angiogenesis Array Q1
Used this cytokine array for culture media from endothelial and cardiac cultures (roughly 100,000 cells in 300ul media). Diluted media 2x. The kit was very intuitive and easy to prepare (just time consuming with all the washes). I just wish this product came in a larger size on a single slide (such as a 96 well version) for higher throughout and efficiency, especially since the standards take up half the array wells, but it’s obviously working within the confines of the slide reader/format. It was difficult to prevent ‘comet’ shaped smears even while following the detailed wash protocol, but overall, the results came out quite nicely and this was a simple and useful assay.
