Human IL-1 beta ELISA Kit Standard Curve
I used this kit on cell culture supernatant from human macrophages. I didn't dilute my samples, and it worked well.

I ordered Human IL-1 beta ELISA Kit and Human IL-18 ELISA Kit. I had to say I haven't use raybiotech ELISA before, but they are really good, more importantly, not expensive.
Review by Raynee, from City of hope, on May 6, 2026
I used it with corneal epithelial cell supernatant treated with various stimulus. It's very important for me to have high quality and sensitivity, and this product provides that. It's very easy to use and follow the instructions on the protocol, making it great!
Review by Dhara Shah, from University of Illinois at Chicago, on Feb 27, 2026
We selected this kit to test for IL1-Beta in human serum samples. It provided the sensitivity we needed and worked great.
Review by Van R., from VA Medical Center GRECC, on Jan 5, 2026
This ELIZA kit performs very well and it is simple to understand! It works well with the cell culture supernatant! And the IL-1b offers a good sensitivity, even at low levels and it shows consistent results!
Review by Lancy, from Colgate-Palmotive, on Apr 3, 2025
We recently purchased this kit to detect IL-1β in human cell culture media and are highly satisfied with its performance. The kit offers good sensitivity for IL-1β detection, enabling us to identify even low levels of the cytokine with ease. Additionally, it consistently produces reproducible results, ensuring reliability in our experiments.

We have purchased this kit on multiple occasions to detect IL-1B in human tissue effluent samples. Kit is very reasonably priced, and with good technique has very repeatable results. Highly recommend!

This kit worked very will with human serum samples. Great sensitivity!
Review by Evan, from BCM, on Jul 15, 2022
This ELISA kit was used for quantification of IL-1 beta cytokine in the supernatants of peripheral blood mononuclear cells upon stimulation with genotoxics in a dose- and time dependent manner. The optical density (O.D.) values obtained were repetitive.
Review by MARINA K, from KYNAN PHARMA, on Jul 17, 2021
Used cell culture sample type. It is not as costly as other kits but requires more labor. Results will be as consistent as the user's technique. If you have previous experience with ELISA you will have no problems, if you are new to ELISA it may be more difficult.
Review by daniel yun, from NanoBST, on Oct 13, 2020
Good performance. The range provided for the IL-1beta cytokine (0.3-100 pg/ml) analysis is very consistent with the results. I'm thinking of buying another kit from Raybio.
Review by Madhavi Pali, from University of Texas Dallas, on Oct 1, 2019
Worked well for cell culture supernatant.
Review by Anandita Ghosh, from University of South Florida, on Feb 5, 2019
I bought the human IL1b ELISA kit in October, 2018. It's perfect for cell culture supernatants.
