It is excellent kit. Very easy to follow. I got a perfect standard curve all the times i worked with it. Highly recommended for SDF-1 alpha analysis.

The product is best to know the secretion of SDF-1 factor from cancer cells. The manual is easy to understand and follow. I am using this Kit to know the secretion of SDF-1 from interleukin-stimulated adenocarcinoma cells.

Excellent kit with all of the needed reagents. Takes about 5 hours, plus however long it takes you for washes and reagent addition, so figure about 6.5 hours start to finish if you are doing everything manually.I like the fact the wells are in 8 well strips, so you can tailor the number of assays you have to do in a given run. However, the rack the strips snap into weakens over time, so the strips will start falling out after about 3 uses, which can make it hard to dump the washes.Very specific to SDF1a (CXCL12a). I tired all 5 variants and there is minimal cross reactivity to the others.Looses a star because I couldn't ever get the standard curve to work correctly. Consistently the four highest concentration samples would max out the signal, but all the other concentrations were very linear.
