RayBio® Septin9 and NDRG4 gene methylation detection kit is a real-time PCR assay for the detection of abnormal DNA methylation in cell free DNA extracted from human plasma. This kit is based on TaqmanTM DNA polymerase amplification and fluorochrome-labeled specific probe reporting. Following bisulfite conversion of unmethylated cytosine nucleotides to uracil, this kit detects methylation of septin9 and NDRG4 genes along with an internal control, actb to monitor sample collection, DNA extraction, and amplification.
