This product recognizes cyclin dependent kinase 4 (Cdk4), a 34kD protein involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression between G1 and S.
This product 31.2 does not cross react with other cdk's and does not co-precipitate the D type cyclins bound to cdk4.

Storage/Stability
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
