This product recognizes Tn antigen on glycophorin A and glycophorin B in human erythrocytes. Tn is a cryptantigen which was recently designated CD175 at the 7th Leucocyte Typing Workshop. Tn antigen is not expressed on normal hemopoietic cells but exposure of the Tn is associated with polyagglutination.
Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
