CD16 is a low affinity FC gamma receptor expressed by polymorphonuclear cells (PMN), peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) and monocytes in pigs. This antibody has been reported to block PBL mediated antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC) and partially inhibit PMN-mediated ADCC. |
