This human IL-13 ELISA kit is simple and steps were clear. Just need to use different sample diluents for serum vs lysates. We used the kit with supernatant from mice BAL. The kit worked well and standard ran evenly, kit was able to detect a wide range of IL-13 levels. Would definitely order again!
