Mouse MCP-1 ELISA Kit
We used the MCP-1 ELISA kit for tissue lysates which was easy to follow. Amazingly, while it's suggested to use samples of at least 1mg/mL (in terms of concentration), we used ones with much lower concentration, but our experiment still worked vouching for this assay's sensitivity. Also, the excel sheet that they provide is really handy for analysis!

The RayBiotech Mouse MCP-1 (CCL2) ELISA Kit was simple to use and generated consistent results in both tumor tissue homogenates and conditioned media from stimulated cancer cell cultures. The assay produced a clear and reproducible standard curve, with sensitivity adequate to detect both baseline and upregulated MCP-1 expression. Replicates showed minimal variability, and background levels in negative controls were very low, confirming strong specificity. Although tissue samples required minor dilution optimization, the kit overall provided accurate and dependable measurements, making it a valuable tool for cancer biology and inflammation research.

We measure MCP1 levels in mouse serum of animal treated with a therapeutic human IgG1 antibody. it works great!
