The RayBio^® HEK293 Suspension Transfection Kit is engineered for enhanced transient transfection efficiency in high-density HEK293 cultures and their derivatives under serum-free conditions. All components, including booster, are free of animal-derived materials, ensuring superior reproducibility from small-scale (1 mL) to large-scale (>10 L) expression systems.

The lipid-based transfection reagent and booster work synergistically to maximize protein expression in HEK293 host cells. EGFP-expressing HEK293 suspension cells demonstrated exceptionally high transfection efficiency under fluorescence microscopy.

Store the product at 2–8 °C. Because RayBio^® Expression Medium is sensitive to light, it should be used and stored protected from light. The product has a shelf life of 12 months and should not be frozen. Once opened, it should be used within 3 months; if it is used beyond 3 months, supplement it with 4 mM glutamine.
