The RayBright^® Human FcR Block contains purified normal human IgG to efficiently block and reduce non-specific antibody staining mediated by antibody Fc region interacting with FcÃŽ³ receptor expressed by macrophage, dendritic cells, NK cells and B cells.

PBS, PH7.2~7.4, 0.2% BSA, 0.1% NaN3

We recommend using 2 µl (10 µg) per 1 million cells in 100 µl (final concentration 100 µg/ml).

Store at 2^°C - 8^°C, protected from prolonged light exposure. DO NOT FREEZE.
