Sandwich ELISA is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of soluble proteins in biological fluids. RayBiotech sandwich ELISA kits are manufactured in Peachtree Corners, GA, fully validated, and backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Under a large and highly experienced team of R&D scientists, our sandwich ELISA catalog has grown to cover 3000 target analytes and 15 species. When you buy directly from RayBiotech and our authorized distributors, you will never pay 3rd party markups, giving you access to the most competitive prices available. This, along with 3000+ literature citations, has made RayBio® sandwich ELISA kits some of the most trusted in the industry.
Antibody screening has important public health uses in determining immunity to and prevalence of COVID-19, as well as identifying who has been infected and evaluating potential blood based therapeutics. Detect IgG, IgM, and IgA antibodies to COVID-19 N and S1 RBD proteins in serum, plasma, and dried blood samples using the COVID-19 Indirect ELISA kits. Additionally, use the sandwich ELISAs for detecting N- and S-Proteins.
Reduce your time spent running ELISA without losing accuracy or spending more money. The RayBio SpeedELISA kits feature a simple, compressed workflow with only 1 wash step, and are available for all sandwich ELISA analytes.
RayBio® sandwich ELISAs employ specific capture antibodies coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells; the target protein in the standards and samples binds to the immobilized antibody. The wells are washed and the biotin-labeled detection antibody is then added. After washing away the unbound biotinylated antibodies, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted to the wells, followed by a colorimetric substrate solution. The intensity of color development in the wells is proportional to the amount of target protein bound.
