Specificity

This product is specific for human prostate specific antigen, a 33-34 kD glycoprotein with chymotrypsin-like protease activity. This product shows minimal cross reactivity in gel diffusion with serum proteins: albumin, retinol binding protein, IgG and alpha-1-microglobulin.

Storage/Stability

Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
If stored in this manner, this product is stable for 18 months after receipt.
