Introduction
This product is a specialized reagent for real-time PCR using the SYBR® Green I intercalating fluorescence method. HotMaster Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, a special stabilizer, optimized reaction buffer, BSA, and SYBR® Green I are pre-mixed into a convenient 2X solution suitable for real-time PCR detection. This premix offers high sensitivity, specificity, and stability. Simply add template DNA, primers, and water to obtain a reliable standard curve across a wide range, enabling accurate quantification of the target gene with high reproducibility and reliability. This product utilizes a novel HotMaster Taq DNA polymerase. Unlike conventional hot-start enzymes, which only inactivate the enzyme before the first temperature increase, HotMaster Taq DNA polymerase uses an inhibitor to block the substrate binding site via temperature regulation. Below 40°C, an inactive enzyme-inhibitor complex forms. When the temperature rises to the primer annealing temperature, the equilibrium shifts towards the formation of the template-specific primer complex, thus minimizing nonspecific amplification products and significantly improving the accuracy of real-time PCR.
Storage/Stability
Store at -20°C, protected from light. Before use, thaw completely and mix thoroughly. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Stable for 6 months if stored properly.
