This product contains a new-generation reverse transcriptase created by multi-site mutations via molecular evolution technology, significantly enhancing heat stability and reverse transcription efficiency. The TRUE RT Master Mix (5X) is a one-tube premix containing all necessary reagents (TRUEscript H⁻ RTase, RNase inhibitor, primers, oligo dT primer, dNTP mixture, buffer). Simply add template RNA and water to start the reaction, making cDNA synthesis fast and convenient—especially suited for two-step Real-Time PCR detection after cDNA synthesis.

Unlike traditional workflows that require DNase I treatment to remove genomic DNA (gDNA) from RNA, which is complex and can degrade RNA, this kit uses a special gDNA Remover with DNA-degrading activity. This allows genomic DNA removal and reverse transcription in a single step, simplifying the process and reducing contamination and degradation risks.
