The protocol was confusing. The main issue was that the well plate strips would fall off whenever we tried to invert the plate to get rid of liquid during the 3 washing steps. Our results didn't make sense compared to our plate diagram, but it is not clear if the fault is with us or the kit itself.

Have used the kit for measuring VIP levels, in various cell supernatants (both human and murine cell lines) as well as in serum from patient samples. The kit comes with a positive control, which is super helpful.
