Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:1000-1:10000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:500-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

DDB1 antibody immunoprecipitates DDB1 protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: 1000 µg HeLa whole cell lysate/extract A. 40 µg HeLa whole cell lysate/extract B. Control with 2.5 µg of preimmune rabbit IgG C. Immunoprecipitation of DDB1 protein by 2.5 µg of DDB1 antibody (107-10185) 7.5% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated DDB1 protein was detected by DDB1 antibody (107-10185) diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
