They are used in basic research and drug discovery to study antibody specificity, small molecule-protein interactions, antibody and autoantibody immune profiles, and protein-protein interactions. Receptor protein arrays that display soluble extracellular domains of receptor proteins can be further employed for studying the mechanisms in which pathogens enter host cells, finding new drug targets, and screening for inhibitors that block receptor-protein interactions. Create Your Custom Array Protein List

Choose from our catalog of over 1,800 in stock, purified human, mouse, pig, and allergen proteins; send us your proteins; or we can make your proteins in-house. Our comprehensive recombinant protein service does it all, from gene synthesis to aliquoting.

For custom human receptor protein arrays, select any of the 286 soluble receptor proteins from the "Human Receptors" list linked above or add any new targets to your tailored arrays. The receptors recombinant protein list represents purified soluble extracellular domains of receptor proteins that are derived from mammalian cells; as such, they are more likely to have native post translational modifications and conformations compared to recombinant proteins expressed in other systems (e.g., E. coli).

Create Your Custom Array Format

RayBiotech can create a custom protein array on a standard glass slide (25 mm x 75 mm x 1 mm) to meet your research needs. Depending on the number of proteins printed, different samples can be analyzed on a single slide. For example:

  • ≤ 50 proteins printed in triplicate, 16 samples analyzed on one slide
  • ≤ 125 proteins printed in triplicate, 4 samples analyzed on one slide
  • ≤ 300 proteins printed in triplicate, 2 samples analyzed on one slide
  • > 300 proteins printed in triplicate, 1 sample analyzed on one slide
